The room is nice and clean, kitchenette quipped and clean. Toilets are seperated with a door from the shower. Free parking.

Nothing.
Hotel was dated and the smell in the room was so bad it clung to our cloths the next day. We had to open all the windows when we returned from a night out.

I stayed at Admiral Motel for a short break with my two young children. The unit was comfortable, warm, and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Rick and Rickie, the hosts, were super friendly and went the extra mile, even taking us to a wedding in Lyttleton. The Pepperberry Cafe just 30 meters away serves divine blueberry pancakes for a delicious breakfast treat. The staff at the motel were also very helpful and gave us travel tips, even offering a lift to the campervan hire company. Highly recommended!
Would recommend this hotel.

Central location.
Very old and tired motel. very noisy because major road on doorstep with cars revving engines on weekends particularly. The place needs a makeover.
